Please review our policies before booking. These guidelines help us provide the best possible experience for all clients.
Appointments
- •All services are by appointment only
- •Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in shortened service
- •First-time clients should arrive 10 minutes early for consultation
- •Studio address provided upon booking confirmation
Cancellation
- •24+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule
- •Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee applies
- •No-shows: Full service fee charged
- •Emergencies handled on a case-by-case basis
Payment
- •Credit card required to secure booking
- •Payment due at time of service
- •We accept all major credit cards and cash
- •Gratuity not included but always appreciated
Health & Safety
- •Disclose all allergies and sensitivities before service
- •Inform us of any recent eye treatments or surgeries
- •Remove contact lenses before lash services
- •We reserve the right to refuse service if deemed unsafe
Aftercare
- •Avoid water and steam for 24-48 hours after lash services
- •No oil-based products near lash extensions
- •Brush lashes daily with provided spoolie
- •Schedule fills every 2-3 weeks for optimal retention
Touch-Ups & Corrections
- •Contact us within 48 hours if not satisfied
- •Complimentary touch-ups for valid concerns
- •Corrections must be completed within 7 days
- •Refunds evaluated on a case-by-case basis
