Booking & Appointments
By booking an appointment with ALL THINGZ BEAUTY LLC, you agree to the following terms:
- A valid payment method is required to secure your booking
- Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of booking confirmation
- Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in shortened service time
- First-time clients should arrive 10 minutes early to complete intake forms
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. Please review our cancellation policy:
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule
- Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee may apply
- No-show: Full service fee will be charged
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via phone, email, or through your booking confirmation.
Service Policies
Health & Safety
For your safety and the safety of others, please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, or recent treatments that may affect your service. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine it may not be safe to proceed.
Results & Expectations
Results vary based on individual factors. We strive to deliver the best possible outcome for each client, but cannot guarantee specific results. During your consultation, we'll discuss realistic expectations for your desired look.
Aftercare
Following aftercare instructions is essential for optimal results and longevity of your service. We are not responsible for damage or premature loss of lashes/services due to improper aftercare.
Refund Policy
We want you to love your results. If you're not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We'll work with you to address any concerns, which may include a complimentary touch-up appointment. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Liability
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that beauty services carry inherent risks. You agree to disclose all relevant health information and follow all pre and post-care instructions. ALL THINGZ BEAUTY LLC is not liable for adverse reactions when proper protocols are followed.
